1. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there has been willful and deliberate violation of the order dated September 26, 2024. He submits that though the Inspector-in-Charge, Egra Police Station was directed to take action on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner with the Inspector-in-Charge on September 20, 2024, no step has been taken till date.

2. On a query of the Court, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that F.I.R. has been registered pursuant to the aforesaid complaint lodged by the petitioner but no further step has been taken by the concerned Inspector-in-Charge.

3. After hearing the learned advocate for the petitioner and after going through the materials on record, this Court finds that pursuant to the order dated September 26, 2024, F.I.R. has been registered.

4. If, according to the petitioner, the authorities have not taken any effective step thereafter, it will be open to the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law.

5. This Court does not find any willful and deliberate violation of the order dated September 26, 2024. In view thereof, the contempt application stands disposed of leaving the petitioner free to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

6. There shall be however, no order as to costs.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
