It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the arbitration proceeding, pending between the parties, has concluded and arbitral award has been passed.

In such view of the matter, nothing remains in the writ petition.

The petitioner is at liberty to address his grievance before the appropriate forum.

With the aforesaid observation, WPA 28142 of 2017 is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to be not admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
