1. Petitioners are the in-laws of the victim housewife. They contend they have been falsely roped in over a matrimonial dispute. They pray for anticipatory bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Noting in the medical papers show victim had consumed poison over quarrel with her husband. Keeping in mind the aforesaid fact and extent of complicity of the petitioners in the crime we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them.

4. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of BNSS 2023.

5. Petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
