1. Affidavit of service, as filed, be kept with the record.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that his prior teaching experience has not been considered and marks have not been allotted to him. The petitioner had however, not mentioned his prior teaching experience at the time of filling up the form.

3. Mr. Singh, learned Advocate appearing for the Commission refutes the submission of the Mr. Ghosh, learned Advocate for the petitioner that the petitioner have the prior teaching experience as specified under Schedule-II A(2)(b) of the Notification No. WB(Part-I)/2025/SAR-247 dated 29.05.2025.

4. The petitioner was merely a para-teacher who had been teaching students of Class-VIII. Thus, the petitioner's inability to mention his prior teaching experience in the form coupled with the fact that he does not have the requisite qualification to apply for prior teaching experience, are reasoned enough to reject the writ-petition.

5. The writ-petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
