In compliance with the order passed by this Court on 24th April, 2023, one Office Memorandum issued by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Hooghly has been produced whereunder the contentions of the petitioner have been rejected. The said Office Memorandum has already been served upon the petitioner and/or produced today before this Court is kept with the record.

In view of the decision taken by the Authority as indicated above, I do not proceed further in this matter but I make it clear that the petitioner shall have the liberty to take steps in respect of this Office Memorandum if he is so advised.

With the above observations, the instant writ application is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
