We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses implicated him in the murder. Charge has been framed and date has been fixed for recoding evidence. 3.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

We request the trial court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
