Petitioners before us are the in-laws.

Police are investigating a case of murder.

The deceased apparently was the second wife of the husband.

Materials in the case diary suggests requirement of investigation as to the role of the petitioners in the incident. Enlarging any of the petitioners on anticipatory bail will be inimical to such investigation.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 5045 of 2023 is dismissed.
