1. The instant revisional application has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of GR Case No. 825 of 2012 arising out of Kushmandi Police Station Case No. 120 of 2012 dated July 28, 2012 pending before the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gangarampur at Buniadpur, Dakshin Dinajpur.

2. It is submitted on behalf of the learned advocate for the petitioner that the case pertains to the year 2012. F.I.R. was lodged on July 28, 2012. Charges were framed in March 3, 2017. Out of 22 charge sheeted witnesses only 12 have been examined till date.

3. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that no witness has been examined by the prosecution since the year 2019, last of which was examined on March 30, 2019.

4. In these facts and circumstances it would be appropriate to request learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gangarampur at Buniadpur, Dakshin Dinajpur to expedite the trial of Sessions Case No. 31 of 2016 and conclude the same as early as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. The learned trial Court shall take the every legal step to secure the attendance of the charge sheeted witnesses.

5. With the above observation this revisional application being CRR 5076 of 2025 stands disposed of.
