At the time of call Mr. Sinha, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not willing to proceed with the writ petition and in support of the same a letter dated 4th June, 2023 which he has received from his client is placed before this Court which is taken on record.

Chandannagore Municipal Corporation, added respondent and the State are represented by learned advocates.

In view of such submission being made on behalf of the petitioner the writ petition stands dismissed on the ground of non-prosecution.

Application, if any pending, also stands

dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
