The State of West Bengal Earlier, by an order dated 30.11.2023 a direction was passed upon the petitioner to produce the FIR and charge-sheet and the revisional application was adjourned.

Today, when the revisional application has been called, none represents the petitioner.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 4439 of 2023 is dismissed for default.
