Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there has been recovery of 4kgs 171 grams of ganja allegedly from the possession of the petitioner for which the petitioner has taken into custody.

On the other hand, Mr. Maiti, learned advocate appearing for the NCB submits that the petitioner was intercepted at the airport on the basis of information received and certain names have cropped up for which investigation is still in progress. Having considered that the investigation is still in progress and the petitioner is in custody for about 38 days, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after the charge-

sheet is submitted by the investigating agency. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM(NDPS) 1522 of 2025 is dismissed.
