The petitioner is aggrieved by an order of injunction passed by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), 1st Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas in T.S. 1001 of 2022 (LRTT).

The learned counsel for the petitioner has placed an order of the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), 1st Court, Barasat, North Parganas dated June 20, 2023, where the Inspector-in-Charge, Rajarhat Police Station was directed to appear before the Civil Court to show cause as to why the report as directed to be sent to the Civil Court was not prepared or sent.

Learned counsel for the Rajarhat Police Station, however, denies the allegations made against the police in the writ petition.

This Court directs the Inspector-in-Charge, Rajarhat Police Station to appear in person

before the Civil Court on July 31, 2023 when the Title Suit 76 of 2023 is fixed. In the meantime, the petitioner may communicate any order of injunction that the Civil Court has passed to the Rajarhat Police Station for strict enforcement and compliance.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
