1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has been filed for restoration of the electricity connection of the petitioner, which, during pendency of the writ petition, has been restored, thus rendering the writ petition infructuous.

2. However, learned counsel submits that the petitioner apprehends criminal action on the part of the private respondents and under such threat, complaints have been lodged with the appropriate police authorities.

3. Such contentions are disputed by learned counsel for the private respondent, who is the father of the petitioner.

4. Be that as it may, since the limited conspectus of the present writ petition has been rendered academic by virtue of restoration of electricity supply of the petitioner, no further order need be passed in the present writ petition.

5. Accordingly, W.P.A. No. 25960 of 2023 is disposed of as infructuous without, however, any order as to costs.

6. The private parties, if they have any complaint against each other of a criminal nature, are at liberty to take appropriate steps before the police.

7. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties subject to compliance of all formalities.
