It appears from the submission made on behalf of the learned advocates representing the petitioner and the West Bengal Central School Service Commission that petitioner was appointed for classes IX and X on being selected by a selection process i.e. 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016. Petitioner prays for transfer. It is submitted on behalf of the parties that the entire selection process i.e. 1st SLST 2016 for classes IX, X, IX and XII has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench and the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In view of pendency of the issue before the Hon'ble Supreme Court no order need be passed on this writ petition at present.

Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law in future if situation so arises.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
