1. In terms of the order dated 11th July, 2025 affidavit of compliance is filed on behalf of the additional alleged contemnor and same is taken on record.

Copy of affidavit of compliance was served upon the learned advocate representing the applicant.

2. It is disclosed in the affidavit of compliance that vide order dated 23rd June, 2025 passed by the District Magistrate South 24 Parganas order passed by the coordinate Bench has been complied with.

3. Taking note of the order dated 23rd June, 2025 passed by the additional alleged contemnor contempt application stands disposed of and contempt proceedings stands dropped.

4. Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
