The subject-matter of the revisional application relates to Lake Town P.S. Case No. 165 of 2023 dated 18.8.2023 under sections 341/323/354B of the IPC. The records of the case reflect that the investigation of the case is not progressing.

Ld. advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case in view of the civil dispute pending in respect of the hotel.

Be that as it may, as the investigation is pending, the petitioner would be at liberty to take up all the issues

with the investigating officer of the case. No interference is needed to be made in this revisional application. Accordingly, CRR 4441 of 2023 is dismissed.
