1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered materials on record. Petitioner is an employee of the complainant-company. Complainant-company deals in tractors. Petitioner was entrusted with the duty of registering the vehicles sold to customers. He withdrew money in advance to make the registration and misappropriated a portion of the said sum. He has failed to account for the same. Custodial interrogation to recover the misappropriated money is necessary.

3. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
