1. Parties are represented through their respective learned counsels.

2. The parties agreed that this PIL may be disposed of by directing the respondent no.5 to decide the representation of petitioner dated 23.09.2025 (Annexure P2).

3. In view of common stand, this PIL is disposed of by directing the petitioner to re-submit the said representation alongwith a copy of this order before the respondent no.5.

4. In turn, the respondent no.5 shall consider and decide the representation in accordance with law within 90 days after giving an opportunity of hearing to the writ petitioner. The outcome shall be communicated to the petitioner.

5. This PIL stands disposed of without expressing any view on merit.

6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be delivered to the learned advocates for the parties, upon compliance of all formalities.
