The matter has appeared in the list for correction of the order dated February 20, 2024.

In the 1st line of the 1st paragraph of the order the words 'private respondents' should read as "private respondent no. 11" and in the 3rd line of the same paragraph the word 'petitioners have' shall be replaced with the words "private respondent no. 11 has." Rest of the order remains unaltered.

The department is directed to make necessary correction at once.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
