1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered materials on record. Petitioner is involved in dealing in narcotics above commercial quantity. He contends his complicity has transpired from statement of coaccused which is inadmissible in law but investigation is in progress. Custodial interrogation of petitioner may unravel facts relating to his involvement in the crime.

3. Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
