Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not the principal accused. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary It appears that the petitioner is absconding since 2017. The police case is of November 4, 2017.
In such circumstances, considering the materials in the case diary and the long absconsion of the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 5720 of 2022 is dismissed.
