1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners submit they are the women folk of the family. They have been falsely implicated owing to prior enmity. Case and counter case were registered. Allegations against the petitioners are general and omnibus and it is unclear whose specific overt act had caused the grievous injury.

3. In light of the aforesaid circumstances we are of the opinion custodial interrogation for purpose of investigation is not necessary and they may be granted anticipatory bail.

4. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of BNSS 2023.

5. Petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
