Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of eyewitnesses before Magistrate show petitioner had called the principal accused who assaulted the victim with a sharp cutting weapon on his neck. Their statements are corroborated by medical evidence. In view of prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the crime, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
