The petitioners are aggrieved by the manner in which their answers were evaluated by the expert committee in the 2nd SLST 2025.

According to the petitioners, option 'D' was correct. Experts opined that options 'B' and 'C' were correct. The petitioners submit that as the answer provided by the petitioners tallied with the preliminary answer key, accordingly, they should be awarded marks for the same.

From the report filed by the Commission it appears that there were as many as ninety-eight objections filed against the answer found to be

correct at the preliminary answer key stage, the said question was forwarded to the experts for their opinion. The experts opined that answers 'B' and 'C' are correct. The answer provided in the preliminary answer key was found to be incorrect. 4.

The Court not being an expert would not like to comment on the answer provided by the experts committee.

In view of the above, the Court is not inclined to exercise jurisdiction in the matter.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. 7.

All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
