Mr. Shamim Ul Bari is requested to represent the Commissioner of School Education in these matters. 2.

Office of the Legal Remembrancer shall regularize the appointment of Mr. Shamim Ul Bari.

The writ petitioners have, however, not submitted their documents for scrutiny till date.

Since their writ petitions could not been taken up on 25th April, 2024, the said writ petitioners shall submit their documents as directed in the order dated 25th April, 2024 passed in connection with W.P.A. No. 21497 of 2023 (Srabani Malakar Vs. The State of West Bengal and Ors.), within a week from date.

The Commissioner shall scrutinize the same and take steps similarly to those taken pursuant to the order aforementioned dated 25th April, 2024 and today's order. 6.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petitions are disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
