The petitioner is aggrieved that Cyber Crime Police Station has not taken any steps in respect of a complaint dated September 12, 2022.

The Cyber Crime Police Station has submitted instructions dated 13.12.2022, which is taken on record.

It appears from the instructions that an FIR being Cyber Crime Police Station Case No. 25 of 2022 dated 12.12.2022 under Sections 420/406 of the IPC has been registered.

In the event, the Cyber Crime Police Station requires any assistance of any other Cyber Crime Police Station in the State, they may

take such assistance including that of the CID, West Bengal.

It is ordered that the investigation into the said FIR be completed within a period of 2 months from date, mandatorily and positively. 6.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7.

There shall be no order as to costs.

8.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
