Mr. Madhusudan Sur Mr. Bikram Mitra .....for the State. This is an application wherein petitioner has challenged the order dated 10th January, 2019 by which the Court below has directed the police to start investigation. However, as per direction of the Court below police started investigation being Kharda P.S. Case No. 150 of 2019 dated 10.02.2019.

The petitioners are not represented today.

However, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that after completion of investigation police has submitted final report in the form of FRT being FRT No. 70 of 2023 dated 07.02.2023.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that in view of submission of aforesaid final report the present application has become infructuous and is liable to be dismissed.

In such view of the matter, CRR 4455 of 2022 is dismissed being infructuous.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of usual formalities.
