Learned advocate submits that majority of the prosecution witnesses have been examined.

Having regard to the offence complained of and the trial in progress, I direct that the condition so imposed on 10.01.2025 while granting bail to the petitioner be waived after the examination under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. is over. With the aforesaid observations CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
