1. Affidavit of service, as filed, be kept with the record.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that its application made before the respondent no. 2 is pending since September 2024.

3. Even though there is a statutory mandate under The Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 to dispose of such application under Section 14 of the said Act within thirty days, the matter has been kept pending without any reason.

4. The respondent no. 2 is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner within a period of two weeks i.e. by 19.12.2025 with intimation to the petitioner.

5. With these directions, WPA 27044 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. (REETOBROTO KUMAR MITRA, J.)
