Learned lawyer for the State submits 40 bottles of cough syrup containing codeine phosphate was recovered from the joint possession of the petitioner and co-accused.

We have considered the materials on record.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and the statutory restrictions under section 37 of the NDPS, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
