1. This review petition has been filed to review the judgment and order passed by this Court on 9th April, 2024 in M.A.T. 1965 of 2022 heard analogously with WPA 26743 of 2023.

2. Admittedly, as against the order passed by the Division Bench, the State preferred an appeal to the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the Special Leave Petition has been dismissed.

3. We have perused the grounds raised in the review petition and we find that the grounds are not the grounds of review but they are grounds of an appeal and a review cannot be filed as an appeal in disguise. This being the legal settled position, we find no ground made out to entertain the review petition.

4. Accordingly, the review petition is dismissed.

5. No costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
