Petitioner submits they have been falsely implicated roped in the case. They pray for anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record including the injury reports. City scan does not reveal internal fracture or brain injury. Other injuries also do not appear to be grievous. 4.

In view of the aforesaid facts, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners viz., (1) Sanjoy Das and (2) Samrat Das be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section Signed By :
