The connected application being CRAN No. 1 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly.

The proceeding being Sessions Case No. 03(08) of 2023 corresponding to BGR Case Case No. 4181 of 2022 pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 13th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas be quashed.

The petitioner be set at liberty at once and discharged from his bail bond.
