1. This intra-Court appeal filed by the unsuccessful writ petitioner is directed against the order dated 29.10.2024 passed in WPA 26431 of 2024. The writ petition was filed praying for direction upon the police authorities to provide protection to the appellant/writ petitioner to cultivate the land and also to consider the representation. The respondent police has placed a report before the learned Single Bench and on going through the facts the learned Single Bench found that the dispute being civil in nature is to be adjudicated by a competent Civil Court. Thus, we find no ground to interfere with the impugned order.

2. Accordingly, the appeal and the connected application are dismissed.
