In 8th line of 6th Paragraph of the judgment dated 4th September, 2025 "it was erroneously recorded as 'valid up to 19.03.2010' instead of 'valid up to 19.03.2013'.

In 8th line of paragraph 8 of the impugned judgment and order is modified to the extent that six weeks time to be given to the learned advocate representing the appellant/insurance company to deposit the remaining enhanced amount before the office of the Learned Registrar General, High Court at Calcutta.

Other portions of the judgment remain unaltered.

Department is directed to make necessary correction to that effect in the judgment dated 4th September, 2025.
