We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is involved in the racket of stealing of high speed diesel. Custodial interrogation may result in further recoveries. 3.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail at this stage.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.
