The petitioner is no more willing to proceed with the writ petition in view of the notification dated 12th February, 2021 issued by the Joint Secretary to the Government of West Bengal. The petitioner says that the said notification has altered the petitioner's cause and as such, proceeding with the instant writ petition filed sometime in September, 2014 will be no more fruitful.

The petitioner, therefor, seeks to withdraw the writ petition and file an appropriate legal proceedings as available in law in view of the changed scenario with the issuance of the notification dated 12th February, 2021.

The writ petition is disposed of along with CAN 4 of 2021 with liberty to take such legal steps as may be advised in accordance with law.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
