We have considered the materials on record. Principal accused has been enlarged on bail. It is contended there was a romantic relationship between the principal accused and the victim. Petitioner is the friend of the principal accused. 3.

In light of the aforesaid facts including the extent of complicity of the petitioner, we are of the opinion his custodial interrogation is not necessary and he may be granted anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner viz., Iswar Mal be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. He shall appear before the Signed By :
