Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case dairy. The materials in the case diary suggest that the petitioner is involved with the other co-accused with regard to the misappropriation of gold. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitoner.
