Rikta Maji in Criminal Appeal No. 730 of 2020 Mr. Kartik Maji ..Petitioner (in person) (through video conference) Petitioner in person complains of violation of directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Criminal Appeal No. 730 of 2020 dated November 4, 2020. According to the petitioner, such directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court was not adhered to in Misc. Case No. 67 of 2022 and in Misc. Execution Case No. 92 of 2023. We repeatedly requested the petitioner to apprise us as to under what provision of law, such a contempt petition is maintainable.

Petitioner is unable to address such issue.

Learned Court in which the proceedings are pending did not make the reference. There is no finding of any Court that there is any violation of any order. If at all, there is any violation of any guidelines issued by the

Hon'ble Supreme Court in any of the two matters, the same may be decided by the appropriate forum. In the facts and circumstances of the present case, we do not find any reason to invoke provision of Article 215 of the Constitution of India or the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

CPAN 1743 of 2024 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
