Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record.

Injury report shows fracture. Prayer for anticipatory bail of Nasir Sk. has been turned down by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Hence we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. Accordingly prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. 4.

Petitioners are at liberty to appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within seven days from date.
