The petitioner is aggrieved that the complaint and the annexures thereto were not supplied to the petitioner, depriving the petitioner of a reasonable right of response to such complaint. The repeated requests of the petitioner were also ignored by the respondent no. 4 in providing such documents. In fact, the respondent no. 4 has proceeded to make an enquiry on the basis of the complaint and the documents annexed thereto. 2.

Mr. Ankit Sureka, learned counsel appears for the respondent nos.2 to 4 and submits that the concerned respondent will supply legible copies of the complaints and annexures appended thereto being the subject matter of the enquiry to the petitioner by 05.12.2025.

Upon receipt of such legible copies and annexures, the petitioner will submit a response thereto by 20.12.2025. The concerned respondent before proceeding to pass any order in the matter will take into consideration the response to be submitted

by the petitioner and deal with the complaint accordingly in accordance with law.

With the afore-stated observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
