Despite service, nobody appears for the respondents. Having hearing the learned advocate representing the petitioner and upon perusal of the materials on record, I am of the view that the interim order passed earlier needs to be extended at least for a limited period.

Accordingly, the interim order passed earlier will continue till the end of May, 2025 or until further orders, whichever is earlier. The application for extension of interim order being CRAN 3 of 2025 is disposed of.

In Re : CRR 3099 of 2013 Heaving heard the learned advocate representing the petitioner, I am of the view that presence of the representative of the State is crucial for effective adjudication of the criminal revisional application.

In view thereof, petitioner is directed to serve a notice upon the learned advocates of the opposite parties intimating that the matter shall be taken up on 30th April, 2025.
