It appears from the record that petitioners have filed this application under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 seeking quashing of Uluberia P.S. Case No. 527 of 2017 dated 22nd June, 2017, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1730 of 2017 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Uluberia being M.P. Case No. 159 of under Sections 420/466/467/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The instant case is pertains to year 2017. In spite of pendency and even this Court has given several opportunity no one represented the

petitioners. No accommodation sought for.

Under such circumstances, it seems that petitioners are no more interested to proceed with the instant case.

Under such circumstances, the revisional application no. CRR 3795 of is, thus, dismissed.

Consequently, CRAN 1 of 2017 (OLd No. CRAN 5588 of 2017) and CRAN 2 of 2018 (Old No. CRAN 182 of 2018) is , thus , disposed of. However, no order as to costs.

Interim order, if any, stand vacated.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Court below for information and taking necessary action in accordance with law.

Urgent xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocate for the parties on usual undertakings.
