Petitioner submits that the earlier application was dismissed as infructuous on the erroneous intimation that he had been arrested. Hence, he has taken out the present application. 2.

Report is placed on record. From the report it appears that the petitioner has not been arrested in this case. 3.

We have considered the materials on record. General allegations have been levelled against the petitioner. Co-accused have been granted pre-arrest bail. Hence, we are inclined to extend similar relief to the petitioner also. 4.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

Petitioner shall appear before the court below and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
