The petitioner had applied for intradistrict transfer on October 6, 2023. He was surplus teacher in the last school concerned and has been transferred from Mahatma Gandhi Vidyaitan to Chhatrakanali Primary School, Bankura.

The petitioner claims to be suffering from Cardiac problem.

In those circumstances, the Chairman, DPSC, Bankura shall consider the petitioner's representation dated October 6, 2023, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order and pass appropriate orders

and communicate the same to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
