So far as the application for condonation of delay is concerned, the same assigns reasons that there were negotiations between the parties after the order was passed. However, such reasonings are not to the satisfaction of this Court. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2023 is dismissed.

The order under challenge is on 19th July, 2022. The amount which has been granted as interim maintenance is Rs.7,000/- per month for the wife and Rs.8,000/- per month for the minor daughter. The basis of the foundation is that the husband happens to be High School Teacher.

I have considered the reasons assigned by the learned ACJM, Kandi, Murshidabad in connection with Misc. Case No.125 of 2021.

Having considered the reasons so assigned for the limited purposes of interim maintenance, I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order at this belated stage. Accordingly, CRR 4450 of 2023 is dismissed.
