We have considered the materials on record. Narcotics above commercial quantity was recovered from the petitioner's house. He had absconded. Custodial interrogation may lead to further recoveries.

Under such circumstances and in view of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.
