The remedy of the petitioner is before the Debt Recovery Tribunal under Section 17 thereof.

The petitioner may approach the Tribunal in accordance with law and the same may be entertained subject to the question of limitation. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
