1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner seeks intra district transfer from Gulapganj Circle in the district of Malda to Muthabari New Circle in the same district. Medical grounds and the distance of 35 kms of daily travel, are indicated for such transfer.

3. In such circumstances, the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Malda shall ascertain the medical condition of the petitioner from the CMOH, Malda and take an appropriate decision in the matter based on such report.

4. Let a decision be taken within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Let the aforesaid exercise be carried out offline.

6. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
